Eric has over 20 years’ experience developing customer strategies and has delivered major programmes of digital business transformation at board level. He has worked France, the USA and the UK in both the public and private sectors for companies including the Grosvenor Group, ITV, the BBC, AOLTimeWarner as well as UK Parliament and HMRC. A former sociologist, he brings extensive knowledge in behavioural science and its impact on organisational culture and change management. He currently sits on the board of Community Health Partnerships.
