NHG is a member of the G15 group of major London housing providers, with a highly experienced development and sales directorate dedicated to delivering new homes for Londoners. We have a development pipeline of around 2,440 new homes over the next five years, focused on our regeneration schemes and other projects to which we are already committed.
Our technical, design, planning and delivery teams work with the suppliers on our development frameworks to design high-quality schemes, secure planning consent and appoint and manage contractors. In the 2025/26 year we achieved more than 170 starts on site and 740 completions, almost all of which are affordable housing. Our in-house sales team handles the marketing and sales of all new shared ownership and private sale homes via the NHG Homes brand.
