NHG is a member of the G15 group of major London housing providers, with a highly experienced development and sales directorate dedicated to delivering new homes for Londoners. We have a development pipeline of more than 3,000 homes over the next five years, and are always on the lookout for new opportunities in the capital, and potential new partners who share our values, approach and objectives.
Our technical, design, planning and delivery teams work with the suppliers on our development frameworks to design high-quality schemes, secure planning consent and appoint and manage contractors. In the 2024/25 year we achieved 359 starts on site and 786 completions, with over 80% being affordable housing. Our in-house sales team handles the marketing and sales of all new shared ownership and private sale homes via the NHG Homes brand, while our Folio London subsidiary is responsible for managing the homes we develop for market rent. Surpluses earned from private sale, market rent and commercial units are recycled into the delivery of affordable homes.
