Martin has been the Chief Executive Officer at NHS Property Services (NHSPS) since April 2020. Previously, Martin had been Chief Operating Officer at NHSPS for three years.
Martin initially stepped into the CEO role to lead the organisation’s strategic and operational response to the coronavirus pandemic ensuring NHSPS supported the wider NHS across a range of activities including standing up 25% of the country’s vaccination centres. Since then, Martin has successfully led a significant cultural change whilst setting, developing and executing, a new strategic direction for the business, underpinned by a new operating model, customer centric service offer and organisational redesign.
Martin is a highly motivated and ambitious business professional with 27 years of executive and Board level experience, and with a strong track record of designing and implementing operational management strategies.
