Kidbrooke Station in Greenwich is at the heart of extensive regeneration taking place in the local area. NHG and Transport for London have partnered via a joint venture to deliver more than 600 new homes, shops, open spaces and a vibrant new square around the station.
Work is well under way on the challenging TfL site, bordered by the railway line and other transport infrastructure. We worked with the local community and stakeholders to design attractive homes, commercial facilities and public spaces. Workspace and retail will be located around the station square, with residential squares, streetscapes and podium-level private courtyards sitting behind. Public transport, pedestrian and cycle routes will also be improved as part of the development. A minimum of 50% affordable housing has been committed, all of which will be delivered in 2024 as part of the first tranche of over 400 homes.
