Craig Wilcockson is our chief corporate and people officer ahving joined us in December 2024. Craig oversees the corporate affairs, HR, people development, corporate assets and strategic planning functions ensuring our people and engagement programmes support the objectives of our Better Together strategy. He also leads organisational development with the aim of making us both an employer of choice and a genuinely customer-centric organisation.
Craig is an experienced executive and non-executive director who has worked across public and private companies, including in the not-for-profit housing sector and the NHS. Most recently, he served as chief people officer at Marston Holdings, a business comprising eight companies delivering end-to-end technology, consultancy and debt management services. Craig is also a non-executive director and chair of the people and culture committee at Nottingham University NHS Trust.
Earlier in his career, Craig was group people officer at Watkin Jones, a developer and manager of residential for rent homes, and, before that, group people and strategy director at Orbit, a 50,000-home housing association serving around 100,000 customers.
