Matthew is chief homes officer, having joined our executive board in January 2023. His role brings together the work of our development, sales and building safety colleagues with those in assets and sustainability to create a full lifecycle approach to our homes.
Matthew has many years’ experience at Notting Hill Genesis and Notting Hill Housing before that, most recently as group director of assets and sustainability, which means he has a strong understanding of the importance of quality homes in improving customer experience.
He also spent a year as deputy group director of housing, where he led projects to develop and deliver new process, technology and data intelligence to raise the quality of the resident experience.
