Tabitha joined us in April 2025 as our new chief governance and risk officer.
She leads on the effective management of risks as well as being the responsible officer for compliance with regulatory standards including the Consumer Standards. She also acts as our company secretary and our health and safety lead.
A qualified solicitor, Tabitha has significant experience across corporate governance, including compliance and assurance, as well as legal and regulatory expertise. She was previously general counsel and director of governance for Heylo, which owns and manages more than 9,000 shared ownership homes across the UK.
Before that Tabitha was the executive director of governance, technology and transformation at Network Homes. Earlier in her career, she was legal director for the Howard League for Penal Reform, a national charity.
