Victor Da Cunha

Victor joined us as chief customer officer in March 2026. He brings more than three decades of experience in social housing, most recently as chief executive of Curo, where he led the organisation’s transformation from regulatory supervision to achieving high‑quality outcomes for customers, including a grade 1 consumer standards judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing in July 2025.

He is also a board member of the National Housing Federation and chair of its national Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Housing Group, where he has championed sector‑wide initiatives to strengthen board‑level diversity.

As chief customer officer, Victor’s remit covers customer and housing management across all tenures, supporting our ambition to be a truly resident‑focused organisation and helping drive our return to full regulatory compliance.
