Bidesh formally joined the board of Notting Hill Genesis in August 2026.
Bidesh brings more than 20 years of board experience across the public, private and non-profit sectors, and a wealth of experience leading finance and a wide range of corporate functions. He is a chartered accountant, holds an MBA from INSEAD and was awarded a CBE in the King’s 2024 New Year’s honours list.
Bidesh’s most recent executive leadership role was Chief Financial Officer at the Department for Business & Trade. In addition to his role at Notting Hill Genesis, Bidesh holds non-executive roles at St George’s, Epsom & St. Helier University Hospitals and Health Group where he is Chair of the Finance & Performance Committee and North East London Integrated Care Board where he is Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.
He is chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Corporate Finance and Treasury Committee.
Bidesh receives an allowance of £20,000 per annum.
