Léann joined the Notting Hill Genesis group board in February 2025.
Léann began her career in sales and marketing in the engineering and construction sectors and became managing director of an international manufacturing business in 2000. While there she took up a non-executive position in a housing association, with roles of chairman of audit Committee, board chairman and group vice-chairman. This sparked a real interest in social housing and communities and led her to move into the sector, working firstly with retirement living, then with care and support and general housing. She was formerly chief executive of Livv Housing Group.
Léann is Interim Chief Executive of Switchee, Vice Chair of Yorkshire Housing and Chair of Yorkshire Housing’s Commercial Committee.
She is also a board member for Northern Housing Consortium, a trade body for social housing providers and local authorities.
Léann chairs the Regulatory Compliance Committee and is a member of the People Culture & Governance Committee.
Léann receives an allowance of £20,000 per annum.
