Ariam is TSB’s Chief People Officer, leading all people aspects of its growth strategy, with a focus on people and culture, including colleague relations, diversity and inclusion, reward and recognition, deepening talent, skills and knowledge across the bank. She works closely with the TSB Board Remuneration Committee.
Prior to TSB, Ariam was Group HR Director at John Laing, playing a leading role in its transformation and subsequent acquisition by KKR in 2021. Before that, Ariam’s career included senior HR roles at Winton Capital, Goldman Sachs and Google, following a decade of consulting with Accenture, which she joined as a graduate.
Ariam holds a degree in Political Science and International Development from Queen’s University in Canada.
