We're recruiting to our governance structures

At Notting Hill Genesis, we are on a significant transformation journey focused on strengthening governance, elevating organisational culture and delivering consistently better outcomes for our residents.

You will be joining us at a pivotal time as we continue to move at pace, improving the service we offer our 130,000 residents, whilst also strengthening governance. We have already made good progress on this front, and the insight, challenge and leadership you bring will be critical in sustaining this momentum — strengthening our governance, shaping our organisational culture, and ensuring our transformation delivers lasting, measurable change for residents.

To support this next phase, we are recruiting for two influential roles:

  • Board Member & Chair of the People, Culture & Governance Committee (PCGC)
  • Independent Committee Member – People, Culture & Governance Committee

These roles sit at the heart of our ambition to strengthen oversight, embed a culture of accountability and inclusion, and ensure we deliver safe, quality homes and excellent services. They offer the opportunity to shape how one of London’s largest housing associations governs, leads and evolves.

We are seeking leaders who bring strategic clarity, cultural insight and a deep commitment to social purpose. If you have experience in people strategy, organisational culture, governance or transformation within a complex environment, this is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to lasting change.
