The Finance team plays a vital and strategic role in the way that we operate and ensures the smooth running of business, from making sure all our bills are paid to covering the costs for building and managing our homes that we provide. The Finance team incorporates teams such as Commercial Reporting, Tax, and Corporate Finance amongst others.

Operations is often the most resident facing part of the organisation and incorporates Housing Management, Repairs, Customer Experience, and Service Charges, amongst others.

Our Sales and Marketing teams are a vibrant bunch and work on the cutting edge to raise awareness of our various housing schemes, educate buyers, generate leads and sell our homes to buyers across London.

Central Services incorporates HR, Business Services, Communications, Procurement, Health & Safety, and the Data Protection team so this directorate offers plenty of opportunities to learn and grow depending on what your interests are.

The Development Directorate is responsible for delivering new build homes across London for social and affordable rent, shared ownership, private sale, market rent, supported housing and commercial uses.

Our Assets and Sustainability teams ensure our homes are safe, of good quality and sustainable to enable our residents and communities to thrive and includes Planned Investment, Compliance and ReNew.
